Gday!

EQL have generously sponsored me to take part in the mates Kokoda trek for 2024. In return i'm setting my fundraising target to $5k and hope to smash this out.

After losing my mum and stepdad to suicide in 2020 and 2021 mental health has played a major role in my life. From raising money through the walk for awareness foundation and completing over 6,000 push-ups through the push-up challenge to completing the assist course through the mates organisation. 

This by far is the biggest challenge i've sunk my teeth into on my journey to spread awareness around mental health.
